Feng Shui is a powerful and immediate solution to opening one up to opportunity and generally getting you moving in a prosperous direction.

Mind over Mess...Clearing clutter allows space for new ideas. You don’t have to blitz the whole house; focus on one room at a time, making it a sanctuary. Remember Anita’s golden rule “Direct the eye towards what you create and not what you accumulate.”

No Surprises...Place desks and beds so your back isn’t to the door. Facing and entrance reduces anxiety and prepares you to face what comes in and ready for opportunity. Anita’s next golden rule “Always have mountain at your back” (simply put, A wall)

Mix Yin and Yang... Balance a room with opposite looks. Too much yin (quiet) can be depressing and too much yang (energy) frenetic. Add pillows to a hard couch, and counter vibrant colors with pastels. Golden rule #3 according to Anita is round out the sharp corners facing you from wall angles to corners of cabinets and tables. These sharp (yang) angles deplete the immune system and weaken ones overall strength and creativity.

Ditch the Dead....Dried flowers lack vitality, but live plants or fresh bouquets lift the mood. IF your thumb is not the green kind, opt for lucky bamboo. Bamboo live great in no sun and easy to care for vase of water. Anita’s golden rule #4 “All flowers and plants must look real and healthy.”
