Each of us has an inner ‘Tone’ (sound), that when accessed connects us to a level of awareness that is literally beyond words.

By learning to use your ‘inner tone’ you can release blocked or stagnant energy, assist the healing process, gain clarity and increase the connection between your inner and outer worlds.

Have you ever noticed that certain sounds ‘feel’ good while other sounds feel abrasive? Over 25 years ago I realized the the sound of my voice resonated within my body. Sort of like an inner massage. I would direct my tones to different parts of my body and feel the vibrational effect. As time went on I came to realize that the power of the tones were able to be used to communicate not only within my body but allow communication to the world around me. All of us have experience a time when mere words were not enough to convey how we felt. For me this happens most when I am in nature and want to express how I feel about a beautiful sunset or amazing forest. Expressing your feelings via a Tone is one way to bypass the limitations of the spoken word. The same goes for less than joyful feelings. By sending your frustration, anger, unhappiness out via a tone, you will find an instant release.

Tones have been used since the beginning of time by shamen, monks, and other holymen in every culture. Often structured in the form a certain syllables like ‘OM” or ‘AH’ or a certain note such as ‘C’. While these have definite effects, I have found that Intuitive Toning is the easiest way to connect with All That Is and I have used them for healings, openings, and ethereal connections at numerous sacred sites around the world including the King's Chamber located deep within the Great Pyramid of Egypt. Intuitive Toning is a simple technique you can use now to help you along your path. Just give yourself permission to play with the tones within your own magnificent body and allow the connection to begin.
