Let's Talk Bedrooms & Keep That Romance Alive!

Take pictures of kids and family out of the bedroom. Have only pictures of the couple. This is your love nest, keep the focus on the couple.

  • Position your bed in a command position which gives you a clear view of the door when lying in it.

Never have a mirror in the bedroom that allows you to see yourself when lying in bed, while this might be interesting for other reasons, it doubles the number of people in the marriage bed.

Do not have the bed positioned that your feet point directly at the door. This is called the death position. Enough said.

The headboard should be solid and against the wall if you want stability in your relationship

Do not sleep under built-in cupboards or ceiling fans as this cuts off the energy flow

Be sure that there are no 90 degree angles coming at you while in bed.... Corners of tables, dressers, or angles form roofs outside the window. Keep the energy flowing

Put the TV out of the bedroom or stowed away in an armoire. Less TV=More Romance!

No water features in the bedroom. Water is Yang energy, the bedroom is Yin.

While a king size bed is nice and big it has two separate box springs, creating a division. Stick to a Queen size or full.
